| i dont think N is a villain, so out of the rest, i would say ghetsis. my reasons r - Spoiler:
In bw2, he tries to kill u with kyurem and fucks up kyuren to make it able to absorb N's reshiram/zekrom, who rescues u when ur about to be killed.
