Well recently iv been hearing alot of complaints about our gym leaders and iv noticed it myself to so as of the week of june 17th all gym leaders will be required to post a daily update on their gym topic or at least every other day if this is not met and the gym leader dont have at least 4 or 5 posts from this week on different days of the week they will be removed if you like this update please cast your vote yes if not then cast it as no.

4-5 a week seems a little extreme, 1-3 would be a more reasonable number. These people do have lives of their own.

well there are 7 days in a week(If you count weekends, which you should) and all you have to do is post a sentence. Ok maybe 5 is a lot but it shouldn't be 1 or 2 posts. cause 2 out of 7 isn't very reliable, especially when its just spending a few seconds on the site,posting, and then leaving.
