mod problem needs fixing

we need to unmod latios he keeps starting shit with members no offense latios.

honestly, his modship doesn't even relate to what he's doing, he should still be demodded but i also think he should be banned for a little while, maybe let him cool down, kinda lika what we did with Portia

i think thats the right thing 2 do exept 4 the ban part hes startign 2 much shit its getting outta hand

i want latios demodded be cause he useally fights with someone 1-3 times a week at the most, but i personally haven't seen him abuse his modship....yet

I'm not sure if missbehavior should be reason for unmoding, well unless it becomes realy over the top.

I think a good mod should first be someone that keep spamers out, ban users breaking rules and check IPs and save them etc.

Behavior does mather though, but I think the main idea is to keep spammers out and report anything bad going on around. I see it seems fine cuz we have a good amount of mods and so far we aint getting any spam problem.

I think if you want to unmod someone first you need to have some proofs, SS for preference, because history is extremely easy to make up, I know because in a site war when I was modding someone used a fake history against me (though there where obviously false because of the time on them), as people can always conspirate. I know it sounds paranoid, but as long as there's still two people living on the planet, someone's gonna want someone dead, so there's always gonna be problems like this.

So far I think the mods are ok, nothing much happening, though if we happen to have a breach of any sort (like someone giving out the chat link) then we could judge mods because troublesome users would be much more frequent, as for now on its pretty calm
