Declined. sorry. You need some experience in battling to tell others ur experiences and make them better. it looks like u havent battled at all. second, "yes" isnt an answer to why you want to become a teacher. Sorry, but I decline.

Why do you want to become a teacher? : Because I have deep knowledge in the pokémon game and mechanics and want to share it
Do you really care for helping others? : I maybe don't look like it sometime but I always try to make sure there's nobody in trouble if its possible to help, so if its possible to share my knowledge to the ones that need it, then I shall do so
Will you listen to all commands? : As long as they don't imply gross stuff (you know what I mean), I shall do
Will you treat all members equally? : Mostly, girls might get more, haha just kiding I'm taken so its fair with everyone
Win/Loss ratio: I would show it, but unfortunately I don't count my wins for my Sapphire, Platinum, white and PO all together (and its impossible to keep track with the DCers and the Hackers out there)
